Initial contact : Via phone call and email interview after passing my CV through career fair.
1st Interview : Divided to two rounds. 1st round involve 3 tests on behavioral, analytical and numerical capabilities. 2nd round involve meeting a board consisting hr and senior engineers for group interview with another 3 candidates.
Questions : Behavior, scenario based and other regular questions. Questions are not very easy to answer. must be prepared to enlighten them about job description.
