The interview process is very casual and its usually just the team members getting to know you, your qualifications, what your goals are in life so you won't receive the typical interview questions. They are looking for someone that will fit within their culture and will grow with the company, rather than someone who's just looking for a paycheck or doing mundane tasks. If you are enthusiastic, you will move forward and have a better chance! I felt very welcomed during the interview, but the amount of people interviewing me during the process, took about 3 hours and as an introvert definitely drained me. I had to took a nap shortly arriving home. I will be providing this feedback so the interview process can be a bit smoother for any future candidates, but I greatly enjoyed meeting everyone! I felt that I was appreciated, talk to as a human, and my offer definitely made me feel valued as a human. The director, Erin, is amazing and I feel that not only can I learn from Erin, but I can also rely and talk to Erin on a human level too. I look forward to moving forward with this company and hope that it gives me the opportunity to grow and learn the supply chain business. By far, the most enjoyable - through socially draining - interview I have had yet!
