Telephone Interview followed by a panel interview. Telephone screening was an easy round where questions were based on my resume and previous work experience. Panel / Face-face interview was more technical.

Interview
The initial phone interview was pleasant and I heard back of my status within a week. An in person interview was then scheduled, mainly "Why Southwest?" and personality questions. Company culture really is as great as everyone says.
