Applied through University website. Got an email giving me times to sign up for interview. Went in for a very technical 30 minute interview. Didn’t even get my rejection until months later.

They want to get to know you and make sure that you embody their values of having a warrior spirit, fun loving attitude, and a servants heart. The skills are important too. it is a very competitive program to get into
