Overall very unprofessional. Recruiter keep making mistakes like forgetting to schedule the call or rescheduling the call that is already done. I had a call with the hiring manager who asked just one question and didnt seem passionate. I passed all the sql test but was rejected. The recruiter told me they found some one more 'technical' which is weird given that the role is low compensation business role + I also have a technical degree

had one interview with the hiring manager, and then I would have had to fly to hawthorne and prepare a presentation, but I withdrew because the pay range was too low to make this worth my time

Interview
Initial call with HR followed by a coding assessment in SQL then a call with the Hiring Manager. Further steps would be a call with the current analyst and then an on-site day of interviews that began with a project presentation to a panel.
