Quick, if they want to hire you, they will do it in the interview or same day. They will offer less than you expect. You should counter every time and ask to see the offer and job description in writing to review before accepting verbally

Interview
Standard HR interview about background and skills. I got the impression that my many years of experience was an issue, not an asset (i.e. they don't like folks over 30). They never got back to me, even after I tried to find out the status of my application. Obviously they don't respect potential employees, so likely treat their hires the same or worse.

The interview consisted of a phone interview. The interviewer was an employee of the department that I would be working for. The interview consisted of a combination of technical and behavioral questions.
