Recruiter called me for phone screening. I missed the call but when I returned the call was very difficult to get a hold of him. After I keep trying for 2 days and emailing him, we had finally reached to a date & time to talk.

Basic stuff about my background and the position.
They did ask for SAT scores & college GPA.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (Bastrop, TX) in May 2023
Interview
Three phone interviews followed by an on-site interview. Phone interviews were mainly behavioral, while the in-person interview was extremely technical. The on-site interview included a technical presentation follow by a bunch of real-life questions like ("here's what I'm currently struggling with on the floor, how would you fix it?").
