Phone screen, technical phone screen, take-home assessment, then onsite. Was offered onsite before it was pulled due to “expecting the role to be filled with the candidates they had”. Take home assessment was 72 hour HDL coding question.

They asked tough questions in rapid fire. Did not seem to care about past experience/personality just if you can answer their question off the top of your head. Interviewers seemed inexperienced at interviewing.
