Was asked to submit a document with 3-5 of the biggest accomplishments you’ve contributed to. Seems odd considering you can ask via interview vs write an essay. Interview loops consisted of a 2:1 interviewer to candidate ratio. Slightly intimidating/uncomfortable

Recruiter conversation Ops interviewe onsite interviewers were unprepared for an interview and clearly did not respect candidate time. most were late, most seemed uninterested, some showed zero respect for their employees. Id highly recommend against spending your time with this company.
