I applied through a recruiter. The process took about 1 month from the time the recruiter submitted resume to the final interview. First interview was with the direct supervisor and another employee after which an interview was scheduled shortly with the VP. Final interview was with HR. The interviews questions were standard with emphasis on being a good fit for the type of organization. A case study was also given to be completed and returned. Very relax interviewers. Just enjoy the interviews and dialogue.
