Over the phone call, then a virtual interview. It was a two step process. They called me, it was easy. My computer camera also didn't work and they were very understanding about it.

A few rounds where they get to know you personally first then you go into their 700 market location for a face to face convo. All in all good experience

Contacted by HR the next day (Monday) to set up a phone interview.
Phone interview with HR that week.
Site interview the next week.
Offered the position the week after and I accepted it via Docusign online.
The whole process was smooth and fast and the HR was very courteous and professional.
