The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
We got there around 6am for a 7am interview. It was about 300-400 ppl. We didn't get settled in until around 8:30,9am for the presentation. Around 10 am we broke into groups of about 70, 4 groups in total and then asked to take a question out of a bowl and answer it in front of the class. I truly believe it was a numbers game because they ask for enthusiasm, personality and confidence and there were a lot of people who got cut with these skills. People travel all the way from around the states just to get cut for not answering a question they way they think it should be done.
I would suggest that they narrow down who they want to call in for an interview because it was a waste of time for a lot of people just to base all of your skills and capabilities from one question.

Question 1
If you could change one thing about your former manager what would it be and why?
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
I applied online. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
