they will sit you on a panel, interview everyone, they will give you orientation, get you hyped about the job an go over all the details and just of the work. then based on your answers they'll separate the groups into two groups. one of which will move forward the others will get sent home.
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
