Recruiter phone screen, tech phone screen, and then onsite. Overall very slow process. Typically after a successful phone screen you hear back within 1 ~ 2 days tops. Not here. They have some sort of weird batch interview process where you have to wait for others to finish phone screen stage. Well that's fine, I got through to the onsite and in my opinion did well. Recruiter even emailed me to schedule a follow up call to tell me results are positive, but again, they are finishing up other interviews. Have not seen a tech company that just lines up candidates and interviews them one by one. Typically if you do well you get an offer, but not here I guess. And the recruiter ghosted me after promising to provide updates after interviews are complete. If you are future interviewee looking at this, beware as I'm not the only one experiencing ghosting. Will not interview with them again.
