I applied online. I interviewed at Spoki in May 2025
Interview
The process started with a phone call with HR. She explained the company and the role and asked about my background and experience.
Next, I completed a technical test that took about one hour. The test was fair and related to the work I would be doing.
The final interview covered my previous experience, problem solving, software design, and programming knowledge. I also met the CTO, who was very friendly and easy to talk to.
The best part of the process was the people. Everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful. Communication was clear, feedback was quick, and I received an offer at the end.
It was a very positive experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spoki
Interview
I recently went through the interview process with Spoki for both AI Engineer and Backend Engineer roles, and it was a great experience overall.
From day one, the HR team was very responsive and clearly explained the role and expectations. Even though I initially applied for the AI Engineer position, they were kind enough to consider me for a Backend Engineer role as well.
The interviews felt like true developer-to-developer conversations and very insightful, practical, and focused on real understanding rather than just theory.
Although I didn’t make it to the final offer, I’m genuinely happy with the experience and the learning I gained through the process.
Grateful for the opportunity, and I hope that my path will cross again !.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spoki (Barcelona) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was great, I enjoy hiring processes that move fast and that also get you to contact the different profiles you're gonna work and be teammates with, because sadly is not the case in some companies, but in Spoki it was like that.
