There was not really an interview process. It was an invite to interview and then a casual conversation. We just talked about my interests, and then the hours I would be available.

Application submitted interview within 7 days, interview was informal and one to one. Dressed smart casual. Was told the job role asked about any holidays booked and what hours could work.
