A poor and utterly disorganized interview process - the recruiter wasn’t accommodating at all in terms of setting up an initial phone interview and frequently miscommunicated next steps/scheduling. My phone interview was skipped altogether, and I was slated to speak with the hiring manager directly. While the call itself was fine, there was little to no feedback and interest provided here.
In addition, and to cap things off, I was sent an email that read I was going to progress to the next round of the interview process, but then received a note an hour later saying “there was a mistake, and that they miscommunicated next steps. They will not be moving forward anymore”.
Please treat your candidates better, and structure your interview process with more thought and clarity.
