Interview
1-Casual phone interview (30 min, why you want to be editor, they tell you about the interview process)
2-Task (first time I interviewed it was a 2h task reviewing two manuscripts, second time it was a written assessment with your opinions about a published paper)
3- 2-3h interview, first a written task (similar to the previous, review a manuscript in a 30 min then comment it with interviewers, then 1h about personal questions)

What is the difference between our peer review process and other journals (they asked specifically about eLife)?
Why do you want to be an editor?

How would you react if another editor disagreed with you on a paper you want to send for review?
Applied the online through the workday platform. In the system, submit the assignment according the JD, which should discuss a recent paper which excites you in your field, and CV along with a cover letter including your background and motivation for the position.
1. Interview with HR:
talking about your motivation, your research background, current salary and location. How do you know this job and why do you want to do this. Introduction about this job to you.
