Didn't like the interviewer , inspite of answering his questions , didn't got selected. Responded way badly , didn't even provide me a feedback on my interview. A bad experience. The process took more than a week. What should be expected from a fresher?

The interview process is so engaging and interactive. When I got shortlisted 3 years back, there were 3 rounds. 1st and 2nd round was technical and 3rd HR round. It was not much complicated as I got referred by my close friend.
