Process longer too much. It can take weeks to have feedback from previous stage. For SA you would receive a recruiter call, to ask about culture (do some research in advance), so if he see it can be a good fit, you would proceed to next stage with HM and other SA colleagues. Final interview is a Panel Interview . I had to do it presentially and later role was removed (but it was a assigned to other partner in reality) . Lack of feedback and emphaty with future employee.
