Initial interview was a phone screen with the hiring manager in Dublin. I had to complete an assessment (sourcing & write an inmail to a potential candidate) before the second interview with the Director in US. Then I was informed that I had to do a panel interview split among 4 interviewers for 30 mins each. Total was 6 rounds of interview for a non-manager role. I was not shortlisted after this however my understanding is that the selected candidate was supposed to meet the director again for a 7th interview before an offer is made. Extremely lengthy interview process which makes me wonder how long is the process for manager or director roles!
