St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center interview questions

Recruiter called me to set up an interview stating it would be a Skype interview. They stated they would contact me 15 minutes prior to start time to set up technology. The interviewer contacted me 10 minutes post scheduled time by phone because of technical difficulties. The phone interview was mostly behavioral questions. There was a follow-up in person interview and hospital tour. The interview wasn't completely professional and follow-up was lacking.
