I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stantec in Sep 2009
Interview
Rote question and answer standard form type of an interview. Interviewer was going through the motions as if meeting a daily quota, satisfying his existence, something to do for a paycheck. Nice suit, an uninspired presentation and manner, bit of arrogance, holier than thou, don't call us we'll call you attitude which is more and more commonplace.
Smooth and straight to the point. The interview they ask mostly about what I do and what would I want to achieve in their company. Overall takes about 1 hours interview with some follow up interview
