There were multiple stages to progress through. Starting with initial application there is a multiple choice questionnaire, scenario based questions, numeracy and literacy questions, and then an in person interview.

Question 1
Can you tell me of a time where you had to consider the view points and emotions of someone else during a negotiation? How did you act accordingly to appreciate this?
Extremely positive experience, The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions very well and gave me a good amount of time at the end to ask things. Questions were very straightforward and industry specific and I was given time to think about my answers.
