Initially had a phone interview with someone from the HR talent team. After passing that stage, had a 45mins interview with 2 senior engineers, comprises of technical and competency based question (e.g what are some of the problems faced in consulting?). The entire process took about 4 weeks

Interview
Simple process. A phone call with a Recruiter, then a Teams call with the hiring manager. Then an hour-long panel round with a few other people on the team, Projects/Process teams. The overall process took close to 3 weeks until the offer.

They asked me about my experience, a few technical questions regarding my knowledge of Chemical Engineering, and projects I worked on in my previous experience.
They asked me about the kind of projects I am interested in working on and the best kind of project I would like to work on.

Interview
Quick call with HR rep then informal interview with sector lead. Questions were mixed between situational and more straightforward questions on my experience and background. Interviewer talked a lot about the role and the company structure and growth plans.
