After the screening interview, I had 3 additional interviews spread across 3 months. They passed and then gave me another interview for a different department for a total of 4 months. The questions from the first three interviews were simple STAR method about your experience and how your previous roles could apply to Staples. The 4th however was incredibly unprofessional. I do not know what the point of the 4th interview for the different department was. The man was completely unprepared and was unable to lead the interview. He seemed more focused on wanted to learn about my previous company than my actual work or experience. I was willing to do the 4th because the first three were such a great experience, but this 4th interview was truly awful and I'm glad to be passing on it.

Simple and engaging conversation from the recruiter side. All parts were covered during the half an interview process. But it could be better if it was of 1 hour to understand the candidate better.
