Phone interview followed up with a 1:1 interview. I had to take a test that required looking at sets of numbers to see if they matched. 1 point for a correct answer and minus 2 for an incorrect answer. It is timed and you must score 100 or more. I scored an 112. It is not hard. This was followed with a interview with HR and then an interview with the Dept manager. This was followed by an oral swap drug test.
