Interview
HR screen, phone with director, phone with hiring manager. Process took about 5 weeks. HR screen was typical. Phone with director went well, immediately wanted to set up next round. About 3 weeks later had phone with hiring manager. Extremely condescending and uninterested. Giant waste of my time. She was very assumptive, and did not once ask about my qualifications. Assured me that there was no room for growth, almost as if attempting to make the job less appealing.
Well-organized, HR was friendly. Totally through online meeting apps, convenient. Totally 2 rounds interviews, no technical questions. First round with HR and hiring manager, second round with the manager of the hiring manager.

Interview
Got ghosted recruiter for a scheduled call. No response to my follow up email either. Very unprofessional. At least have the professional etiquette to inform your candidates even with a short email that they're not moving forward in the process despite already scheduling a call.
It was slightly boring and the interviewer seemed uninterested from the start. Questions were typical and easy. No curveballs were sent in. They did focus a lot on past experiences and application to the current roles offered.
