Very easy going, but thorough interview process! I enjoyed the feedback, and the different types of questions that were asked. They conducted both rounds the same day, in person. I had behavioral questions followed by a case with 1 person. Then I moved to another room to do another case and more questions with another person. They called me 3 days later with the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Santa Clarita, CA)
Interview
Over the phone Pre screen, then in person with DM, and one Final interview with HR. after that they have a recruiter contact you and offer you the position if they like you.

Interview
After applying online I received a call from a Staples Recruiter for a screening, she said she'd pass on my information to the District Manager and HR Manager. Later that week I received a call from the same Recruiter to set up an appointment for an interview at the Staples HQ Broomfield Colorado.
