Phone interview followed by in-person interview, really simple questions, scenario based, got the offer in the next 4 days. Overall a smooth on-boarding process. The interview was with the general manager of the store, and it lasted only 10 minutes in total.

He sold it to me. This real career opportunity where I could excel and do what I liked, and the pay bump would be awesome. I was very excited. All of this turned out to be a lie. I never got the position I applied for, instead a much lower paying one.
