One interview at location super relaxed very friendly. Got the offer on the spot. Questions were very basic personality and situational, no experience in coffee required. Customer service is a big deal to them.

Very quick and easy must wear professional attire but not overly buisness. Took a few weeks to get contract. Staff are nice and we're extremely welcoming on the interview. When interviewing me sure you seem interested and engage in conversation.
