The interview was short and sweet. The interview judged me on tring to escape a hardship and to better myself. There was also skeptics about traveling to and far
process was pretty straightforward. Met in person, answered several questions about my previous experience and why I thought I would be a good fit for the company. Asked about working in a team environment. I really enjoyed the process and thought it was well done.

Easy generally but you need to know a lot about Starbucks and coffee. Also be confident and strong with your decision making. They asked me a lot of questions about experience and things. The manager was stern but quite easy to talk to
