I applied in-person. I interviewed at Starbucks (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Easy informal interview process, tended to be overly personal. Felt a bit like you are an outsider to a culture trying to gain approval. A bit too "tight knit" for a minimum wage job, but overall everyone was kind and professional.
So hard they asked questions about all fields and I was stumped on most of them. Needed to really dig into my knowledge of chemistry and math to fully answer these questions

Simple behavioralThe Starbucks interview was friendly and low-pressure. The manager asked about customer service, teamwork, and availability. It focused more on personality than experience, and the environment felt welcoming. Overall, it was straightforward and positive.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Starbucks (Costa Mesa, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was really fun to learn more about the company, its culture, and its values, Plus they give you free coffee, so that is always a benefit of making it to one of their interviews
