I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at State Farm (College Station, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
There were two interviewers. They asked me about my skills, a few questions about specific technical information, and then proceeded to quiz me on my resume. After that, they asked me situational questions (i.e. tell me about a time when...). The interviewers seemed to have a real interest in me as a person despite it being the end of their day (4:30-5:15 pm). They actually created a different position for me when they saw my specific qualifications.
You also had to do a drug test about 2 months before you started.
