I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
The recruiting process starts with a HireVue video screening. This is a demeaning process where you have to give three minute video answers to vague on-screen questions. There's no opportunity for interaction to make sure you are understood or to ask questions. When I approached the hiring manager about this, her response led me to believe that the demeaning nature of the HireVue screening was the point. They want to create a huge power imbalance as part of the interviewing process. It's part of the company culture.

Question 1
You will be interviewed by two recent grads. All you had to do is read and write on a paper ' assumptions of logit' , 'how logit model works' and ' step by step process of a logit model'. They spend 45 minutes about asking univariate analysis, imputation, outliers etc. But the key is you should use the exact words in the online articles and what exactly they know. So, better write them down. They don't care about additional details or any other real world scenarios etc.
Terrible interview process.
People are OK and friendly.
