Interviewer not directly connected to the office. Conversation did not give a sense of the work culture at that particular location. The timeline for response was not clear. Online assessment was generic and unrelated to the job description.
5 simple questions. They asked why I wanted the job. They asked me to rate my computer skills from 1-10. They also asked me to rate my customer service skills on a scale of 1-10. Told me to describe myself in one word. They asked what pay I was expecting from the job.

I Submitted my resume and answered questions through indeed. A few days later I got an email that requested me to take two test online, one timed one not. Next step was a phone interview with the recruiter that lasted no more than 10 minutes.

You will receive a phone interview once you pass the phone interview you will take an in person interview. I want to do the in person before you go. You will be asked to do a personality test to see what side of the company fits best for you.

These questions are standard as what do you do when you face hard situations etc.
