I applied online. After approximately 2 weeks I received an email from a State Farm recruiter wanting to schedule an in-person interview for the following week. There was not a preliminary interview or online assessment. I was interviewed by 2 supervisors and took just under an hour. The questions included some that were in-depth and work related, to gauge your estimating skills. The panel was friendly and did a great job of selling me on the the company. It was a tougher interview than I expected, however.
