One interview with HR.
One interview with two managers.
The interview process was straightforward. They asked basic Excel questions and how I would handle stressful situations and difficult clients.
Since the role involves direct interaction with both investors and clients, they were looking for someone with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Written test followed by a panel interview and then after almost 1 year received mail for my interest and then got the offer Letter in about a month and the whole process took more than an year to recruit campus placements
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (George Town) in Oct 2011
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process wasn't too long of a process which was good. I received three interviews with different people (management) within the company before I got the offer. The questions they asked were more behavourial based.
