I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick, first round was with HR and second round was with members of the team. Seems to be a bit disorganized though. There seemed to be many miscommunications between HR and the team members
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at State Street in Oct 2018
Interview
First round was a phone interview with an HR rep, general screening and behavioral fit questions.
Second round was a 2 on 1 phone interview. I was given about a week to prepare a 2-slide presentation (about a topic in banking) that comprised the first 10 minutes of the interview. After that, primarily behavioral questions for the next ~30 minutes.
I heard back with an offer to work in the Boston HQ the Monday after my second round.

I applied online. I interviewed at State Street in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online via State Street's website in early fall. The first round interview was a phone interview in late October. I was told that I would hear back about second round in early November, but I never did. The interviewer was very nice and the questions were straightforward.
