I had a 4 step. first apply online, then interview for skills test then 1 to 1 interview. finally phone interview from HR. Advice would be do research about the company and the role you applying for. Give them good exemples to support your answers. Keep eye contact. Refresh some financial area knowledge. The interviewer were very friendly and the office building looks very good that made me want to accept the offer.
