Interview
Interview process was structured, Interviewer had prepared questions with specific scenarios based on Manager situations overseeing subordinate employees. an example question was how would you resolve a conflict with subordinates who were not getting along.

Question 1
How would you handle crisis management issue related to team member that had personal issues not related to work.
Three rounds: 1. phone interview with HR. Nice lady with some behavior questions. 2. Onsite interview with two including the hiring manager. 3. Onsite interview with another panel of two senior managers and directors.
Contacted with a too official sounding invitation for a 1 year contract role. The interview process wasn't cordial with the recruiter as she asked the next question without really listening to the answers to the first question. I can only assume it was a questioning strategy. Not sure what they were looking for.
