Very straight forward. I did one round of the interview on zoom, which was half technical half behavioral. Then did superday in person, about 7 rounds of technical / behavioral mix
Straightforward. Not too technical, much of it is about fit. Firm has heavy emphasis on networking for their process, you really need a helping hand on the inside to get through.

Interview
Went through many rounds of interviews. 1st phone screening with Talent Director; 2nd was individual calls with 3 team members at analyst, vp, and MD levels; 3rd was in online talent assessment followed by in person interviews with 3 different groups of associate/vp level people.
