Quick turnaround. First interview was approximately one week after I submitted my application. 2nd interview was the week after. Good balance between behavioral questions, work experience, and personal conversation. I stress this because too many companies have made interviews 100% behavior based which, in my opinion, doesn't capture all of the qualities of an applicant. I was interviewed by 3 different people. All of them were professional, courteous, and welcoming. Great experience compared to other interviews in which I've participated.

I consider the process interview quit well prepare by the hiring manager. First, phone screening few questions to check if you meet the minimum requirements.
