Phone interview followed by several video interviews. Not too challenging of a process, enjoyed speaking with different team members. I liked the variety of conversation and it appeared each person I interviewed with asked different questions.

Well today, I found out I don't lose my accrued vacation time! Aaccording to my supervisor there are people in my dept. Who have 150 hours of built up vacation time from years of working. That's exciting. Does anyone else's job do this? If not, what's your policy on PTO and vacation/sick time?

I’m 1 month into my nursing career and I feel like I’m already headed towards burnout. I feel like this isn’t for me…bedside that is. I really want to get into informatics or administrative roles but I just feel like I spent so much time in school just to be miserable in a career that’s not viable for newcomers.
