they were very kind and welcoming! had a series of solo interviews and group interviews. you could tell they care about hiring staff that truly want to work there. it was a great experience

Awesome very nice people, they made the interview very easy and we’re cooperative and helped me out to make sure that I was doing a good job. They were the nicest people and offered me the job right after we finished up the interview and it was sweet.

Cancelled on me the first time and then I did the interview. They said I would move on to the next steps, but then sent me an email saying they were going to go with another candidate. Not sure if it was a mistake or miscommunication on their part but very annoying.

Very intensive interview. A pre screening, a 1-1 interview with a scenario, email scenarios, panel interview, and more. Very thorough but not impossible, but it made me feel like they were looking at the person as a whole not just what's on the resume.

You submit an application, and then you'll go through a few phone/video call interviews. Mine happened during COVID, so the process may be slightly different now. The interviews were structured with several applicants, as well as several hiring staff, in the call. The staff would ask questions, and we all took turns to answer. The staff would then reach out to those who seemed particularly outspoken and qualified.

Did a 30 min phone interview. I was asked many situational questions about things that might happen at camp. Interviewer was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions

It was very relaxed and easy, 30 minute virtual interview. They asked me about my background, experience, and for examples of what I could bring to the camp. I had the opportunity to ask a lot of my questions as well.

Laid back and easy. Standard behavioral questions and just wanted to get to know you to see if you’d be a good fit for the site you’d be at! Be honest and excited!

I did a phone interview first then was asked to join a zoom group infoview with 4 different directors in the New York Area and 7 other candidates. Everyone introduced themselves, then candidates were given a quick history about the company, next was scenario questions then candidates were free to ask questions to directors

The process was great, the directors made themselves open to any possible question I had. They are soo nice and it immediately made me want to be apart of the company.
