I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Jan 2019
Interview
Most novel approach to hiring I've ever experienced. Consisted of 3 parts: Shadowing, Logistics/Get to know you, & Writing Review. Very welcoming and relaxed. I think I asked more questions than they did. Got a good feel for the company and the experience really made me want the job that much more.

Question 1
Describe a time where you've had a scheduling conflict. How did you prioritize the events, and why?
Rather detailed interview process, shadowed a current employee virtually, then two interviews back-to-back
I hadn't used the company's product and didn't do super well in the test questions given as part of the application process. I don' think they loved me from the beginning so not sure why they interviewed me. I have a ton of customer service experience but didn't get the job.
The employee I shadowed also mentioned they don't get regular raises, just cost of living raises, which is crazy to me.

Question 1
I don't remember honestly. Went over the test questions from the application.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
An assessment of how you would answer a customer service query followed by an hour and half interview with three employees. There was a shadowing portion followed by a review of your answers to the assessment and a more traditional interview section.

Question 1
How did you deal with a conflict between yourself and a manager?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Jul 2020
Interview
The video interview was split into different parts and I talked to different people in each part. Also I had to complete a writing assessment before the interview, which we then discussed in one of the parts. Overall, the interview felt comfortable but was a little "overkill" for the position.

Question 1
A lot of the questions were what many know as "behavioral" interview questions, such as, "describe a time I had an conflict with a co-worker", etc.
