Submitted resume online that included creating 3 Stitchfix notes based on the clothes provided. Heard back about a week later to do a one way interview where you record yourself answering three more questions. Did not like this aspect. Heard back a few days later to go to an in person interview. To schedule the interview, they send you a Google Doc for you to pick a time and date. This also lets you see everyone who you are up against. There were 80 people interviewing in three days. They would not tell me how many people they were hiring. You are required to create a Pinterest board after being given a demographic. When I got to the hotel where they had us meet them, there was absolutely no signage. I wondered around and finally asked these 2 girls who were just sitting with their iPads if they were the interview. They said yes. This is very unprofessional and unorganized in my opinion. I was asked to watch a video with their headphones. Why couldn't they send this video with the interview request, instead of me having to use headphones everyone else was using? The iPad was clearly someone's personal tablet and I kept seeing their personal text messages pop up. We were seated next to a very loud restaurant and I then had to write a StitchFix note on the spot for my Pinterest items. Why couldn't they have asked that along with the page? Very unorganized. I was then sent upstairs to a hotel room to meet 2 people and discuss my Pinterest page and style 3 pieces of clothing. Not an enjoyable interview.
