I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
My experience was not positive even though I made it to the final round. Very unprofessional and felt more like rushing a sorority than interviewing for a job. They for sure have "type" and if you do not fit or if they feel like they can't you use your for a diversity brag then you will be passed over. The interview process went as followed.
1. Interview with Recruiter
2. Interview with 1 or 2 Styling Team Leads
3. Interview with Styling Team Supervisor
4. Project where you have to demonstrate your skills
5. Present Project to all of your previous interviewers with a follow up for the Regional Director
Multiple people were late or even interviewed me while in their car. Then after being told I would hear from them by a certain day, I was not contacted. I had to reach out several times before someone responded that I was not moving forward. Honestly, a blessing in disguise. They went on to have two layoffs and treat Stylists horribly along with warehouse workers.

Question 1
What would you do if one of your team members was not meeting efficiency metrics?
If you have already reached out to this team member to set up a plan and they are no longer responding what your next steps be?
The process is long and overly involved. It’s project based and there are several rounds, with lots of time in between each. The communication between rounds is sparse and the whole process leaves a lot to be desired.
