The application was easy. I was contacted via phone for the first interview. The interview was relaxed and I had a good conversation with the interviewer. I was called back for a second interview which was actually a review of the job requirements. There were many questions about my level of experience with various cisco products

interview was fair, but difficult. Had three rounds of interviews with the company. The first was a introduction and the second and third continued to introduce me to the team with difficulty levels increasing as I met each new person. A lot of the questions were focused around technologies and how they would apply to their specific business cases.
