Interview
2 rounds of interview, each with 2 interviewers. It follows the typical consulting interview starting with about 15 minutes of behavioral questions followed by 30 minutes of case interview. The interview format is a little less rigid McKinsey, but not as loose as BCG. I feel it's somewhere in between.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
